Kelva Beach
This beach is about 13 kms from the main town and is by far the most scenic spot in Palghar. Its black sand stretches fro 7 kms and ends up where the Suru trees begins. The fort and the Kelva dam, situated 10 kms away attracts the beach lovers here and they do not forget to offer prayer in the nearby Sheetila Devi Mandir. The Mandir premises also offers the majestic view of the sunset and sunrise.

Devkop
The hidden beauty Devkop in the hills attracts photographs and picnickers during the monsoon season. Mumbai Railway Station is connected to Palghar by direct Ferozpur Janta Express and Ahmedabad Passenger. The trains halt at Kelva Road Station and visitors can share autos from the Palghar Railway Station till Kelva Beach.
