The Eagle Hill
Situated on the way to Bheemli, this place has the influential Thottlakonda hilltop (some 15 kms from Visakhapatnam ) which is marked with the religious thoughts of Buddhism. The place is known for its monastery complex which holds the several rock-cut troughs, called Thotti or the Eagle Hill. Interestingly, when visitors look back and see the hill, two flat planes seems slopping away and appears like an eagle.
